There are many ways to lose weight and everyone accepts that the best way to lose weight is to eat less and work more.Exercise more.Practice Yoga and the list continues.

There are some type of foods that help to lose weight.I don't say these are magic food.They help us to lose weight because some foods are fiber rich and some having very low calories and after eating some food we can't eat more.

Taking high fiber food not only helps you to lose weight it also prevents constipation ,diabetes and heart diseases.
