Fill Up on Food in the AM

We've all heard the saying “Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.” Well with weight loss it's true! Skipping breakfast will leave your blood sugar unstable and cause hunger craving. Instead focus on having a well balanced breakfast that will make it easier to make better food choices throughout the day.

      I have tried changing the plate size I use for eating and I only just used fork. Guess what, it worked!
