15 Minute Weight Loss Workout

15 min workout song I made a while back. It tells you an exercise to do every min. Its simple and easy to do. the exercises include stuff like jumping jacks, kicks etc. beats watching videos, and you can use your i pod, mp3 player, or just use your home stereo. Here are the list of exercises to do each minute:

1. Running in Place
2. Side Jumping Jacks
3. Front Jumping Jacks
4. Front Kick - Back Kick
5. Punch - Punch - Knee
6. Squat Kicks
7. Lunge Kicks
8. Side Jumping Jacks
9. Front Jumping Jacks
10. Front Kick - Back Kick
11. Punch - Punch - Knee
12. Squat Kicks
13. Lunge Kicks
14. Side Jumping Jacks
15. Front Jumping Jacks

If you don't know how to do some of the exercises above just make them up to the best of your knowlege. Just moving and working hard will burn those calories, so you don't have to be precise.

For best results you should try to do this work out 2-3 times per day, about 2-3 times per week if you have the time. Since it is an audio workout you can do it in any place, just put in your headphones and go to town. You can even do it at work, and it beats getting caught doing exercise tapes. A good diet plan would be great to combine with this cardio workout to achieve maximum results. And remember to stretch and worm up before and after working out to prevent injuries.
