3 Easy Things that a woman can do to be happy

Do you remember the last time you did something for yourself? Well, by something for yourself, I don't mean doing the daily errands, cleaning up the mailbox or housework, but something that makes you happy from your inner side.

Well, a woman tends to become so busy with their daily lives, she often forgets that there is something that she should do every day for herself only - something that will heel her mind, body and spirit. Well something like that doesn't have to take more than a few minutes. More importantly, you don't have to do that every day; you will still be fine if you try that out a few times every week.

Mediate in the morning

If you believe what the experts say, mediation is not overrated whatsoever. A few minutes of time in the morning mediating will make your entire day so much better. Not only that it gives you the inner peace, but, it gives you a boost of energy for the rest of the day. You just need to follow a few simple steps: start by sitting upfront on your bed or on the floor. Now soften your body joints and start focusing on your breathing pattern. Take a deep breath and expand your tummy in the process. Stay like this for a few seconds and then release your breath - experience your belly contracting. Now repeat this for around 10-15 times and that should be all with mediation for the day.

Make a Mojito

Usually, the glow of your skin is often dependent on your nutrition. If you are a health conscious woman and don't like to compromise on the taste either, you will probably love this green mojito blend. Not only that it brightens up your skin, but your indigestion problems can go away with this as well.

Preparing this blend doesn't take more than a few minutes. You blend all these ingredients: 1 and a half glass of coconut water, a few spinaches, 1/2 pineapple, 1/2 green apple, 2 pitted dates, 1 cucumber, a ginger clove and 2-3 ice cubs. Once this is done, pour it into a glass and then top it with a few mint leaves and fresh lime - your green mojito blend is ready.

Keep a Journal

First of all, a journal is not a planner. A journal is a documented copy of everything that you have ever wanted to do. You can also put in the most interesting things you have done for a specific day. Well, it may not sound like fun at the beginning, but once you get this habit, it will be tough to leave journaling. It's like talking to a friend you never had and expressing yourself out in the fullest possible manner. A read through some old journals a few years after is also a refreshing idea.
