Best Reasons Why You Should Use Positive Affirmations For Walking!

Updated on May 26, 2016

Thank you for taking the time to read my article. I understand how hard it can be to get up and exercise. Between working, maintaining your home, and taking care of your children, life can be exhausting. I remember when I first started a daily walking routine, I would literally have to pull myself off of the couch to get outside.

Walking everyday can be tough at first but once you get started you will be hooked. After you finish your walk you will feel amazing and energetic. I have been walking daily for twenty two years. During the last three years I have also reprogramed my mind during my daily walk by using positive affirmations on audio. It has changed my life in such a great way that I decided to share with you in this article how it can change yours as well.

Why Use Positive Affirmations For Success During Your Daily Walk?

Benefits of Walking Daily

Some researchers say that a daily walk can and seven years to your life. Adding a regular brisk walk to your day can help you maintain a healthy weight, prevent heart disease, high blood pressure, and dementia. It can also strengthen your bones, improve your mood, and improve your balance and coordination. Overall it's just great for your health and gives you more energy throughout your day.

Benefits of Using Positive Affirmations Everyday

There are also many benefits of using positive affirmations for success throughout your day. Using uplifting affirmations each day can make your daily thoughts become more positive and reduce negativity from seeping into your brain. Positive affirmations or positive affirmations for success and money can also encourage and motivate you towards a better life.

Many people use daily affirmations for success because they help keep things in perspective in the stressful world we live in. We easily lose sight of how big and small problems really are. A recent study and shows that optimistic and happy people have healthier hearts. Daily affirmations can help you stay more positive.

Reap The Benefits Of Both

As you continue to do affirmations others take note and you will begin to notice that you are also helping those around you without even trying. This in turn helps keep you focused and in a constant state of gratitude.

When you practice using positive affirmations or positive affirmations for success and money everyday they not only help keep you surrounded by the things you want in your life but are also known to bring about more of an abundance of blessings and gifts into your life.

Why not combine both walking and listening to positive affirmations into one great daily excerise? I did and it changed my life for the better.

Walking and Using Positive Affirmations Are Good for Your Self Esteem

Not Exercising May Lead To A Lack Of Self Confidence

It's safe to say that sitting in front of a screen all day at work and in front of the TV all night isn't really good for your physical health or your self image. Many office workers, students, and retirees have a sedentary lifestyle that does nothing to raise their fitness level, their energy, their self-confidence, or even their overall sense of well-being. On the other hand, looking fantastic, feeling healthy and strong, and having a positive attitude all make your self-esteem go up.

Confidence Can Make You More Successful

The best thing for success is high self-esteem. Self-esteem is all about feeling good about yourself. A person with high self-esteem is successful in any field. If you feel you have a low self-esteem don't worry. You can change your damaged self-esteem by using positive affirmations for confidence or positive affirmations for self esteem, just plug in your headphones during your daily walk and listen to them through audio. My favorite positive affirmations for confidence are by Louise Hay on Youtube.

High Self-Esteem Can Bring You Happiness

The difference between low self-esteem and high self-esteem is basically the difference between being miserable being happy, between failure or being a success, between crying and laughter. Your ability to love or not love yourself determines your status in life. A greater self-esteem is the key to having a better life. In fact, psychologists say that it takes at least seven positive affirmations to cancel only one negative thought. I noticed that many successful people in any walk of life have very high self-esteem. Unsuccessful people generally have low self-esteem and low self-worth.

Exercise & Positive Affirmations For Self-Esteem Will Change Your Life

Repeating and using positive affirmations for self-esteem on your daily walk is a very good way of boosting your self-esteem. Using these affirmations along with the many confidence boosting benefits that you reap during exercise can actually make you more successful and healthier. You can attract good things to come your way by combining these two practices to not only make you healthier but to make you more successful.

My mind is filled with so many positives as I walk each day. The walk washes away all of the unwanted clutter that can cause me angst or distress. So thankful for that time. Well done.

Great hub. Shared. A daily walk, especially a brisk walk is very healthy. My husband and I enjoy a 3 mile walk as many days as possible in the week. I must try adding affirmations to my walk, though I would prefer to memorise a few and repeat them, rather than use an MP3 player
