Between working, maintaining your home, and taking care of your children, life can be exhausting. I remember when I first started a daily walking routine, I would literally have to pull myself off of the couch to get outside.

Walking everyday can be tough at first but once you get started you will be hooked. After you finish your walk you will feel amazing and energetic. I have been walking daily for twenty two years. During the last three years I have also reprogramed my mind during my daily walk by using positive affirmations on audio. I noticed that many successful people in any walk of life have very high self-esteem. Unsuccessful people generally have low self-esteem and low self-worth.

      Great hub. Shared. A daily walk, especially a brisk walk is very healthy. My husband and I enjoy a 3 mile walk as many days as possible in the week. I must try adding affirmations to my walk, though I would prefer to memorise a few and repeat them, rather than use an MP3 player
