Staying healthy and healing our bodies is really quite a simple and uncomplicated affair that has remained veiled for many people. Which is why, unfortunately, many persons keep spending huge amounts of money on medication that has more side effects than factual good for their bodies.

They say don’t judge a book by its cover! These books look quite unassuming but are packed with knowledge that will last you your entire lifetime.

Healing Foods Secret No. 1
Knowing the different classes of foods, their components, their botanical family, derivative foods, nutritional value, respective benefits & drawbacks is the 1st Secret to perfect bodily health!
I was not exaggerating earlier when I said that this book covers ANY food in the world because Volume 1 provides you with the botanical family of foods, so that even if you may not have one specific food in your country you will be able to find a family of that food that provides you with similar nutritional benefits.
So for example:
- Did you know that breadfruit, jackfruit, fig, white mulberry and black mulberry are all from the same botanical family?

Healing Foods Secret No. 2
I have to admit that Volume II is my favourite of the 3 Volumes. It includes 19 chapters that speak separately about foods for each part of the body; Foods for the Eyes, Foods for the Arteries, Foods for the Stomach, Foods for the Reproductive System, etc.
It’s my favourite ‘go-to’ resource for any part of my body system that I think needs boosting or healing. Knowing specifically which foods help which exact functions and parts of the body is the 2nd Secret to perfect bodily health!
Sometimes I hear people say things like, “But I eat a lot of this or that food!” However, the real question to ask oneself is “Is that particular food what MY body needs a lot of right now?
So for example, eating copious amounts of seaweed would do very well for a person who is suffering from goiters (goitres). However, someone who suffers from hypertension or has excessive thyroid function (hyperthyroidism) should use seaweed sparingly. It is the same food, but would have different effects on these two (2) different people with different health conditions.
Without this knowledge, a hypertensive person may come to a very wrong general conclusion that seaweed is bad for you.
