  • 4 cups of hot water
  • 5 to 8 bags of green tea
  • 2 cups of cold water
  • Ice cubes

  • Pour the hot water over the tea bags

  • ¾ cups of vanilla flavored yoghurt (non-fat)
  • ¾ cup of honey
  • 3 peeled and sliced kiwi fruits
  • ½ cup of baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp of water
  • 2 tbsp of green tea
  • 2 cups of ice cubes

Steps:

  • Put the mangoes, water, 2 tbsp of honey and ½ cup of vanilla yoghurt inside a blender.
  • Turn the blender on until the mixture is smooth
  • Get 4 empty glasses and fill them up with the mixture
  • Put the glasses inside the freezer
  • Wash the blender then put all the remaining ingredients (2 tbsp of honey, ¼ cup of yoghurt, ice cubes, green tea and spinach) inside it. After that, turn the blender on.
  • Once the green tea-kiwi mixture is smooth, spoon it onto the glasses of mango mixture you placed inside the freezer. Do it carefully so you’ll make a clear horizontal line.
  • Serve right away
