This naturally helps to shed extra pounds. It can also improve heart health. The vinegar contains malic acid which clears clogged arteries, lymph nodes, and organ tissues.

Just add 1 tbsp of ACV to a glass of water and squeeze a lemon’s juice into it. Drink this mixture once daily. Although, it tastes really sour, the lemon in it will help to balance it out. This mixture helps to reduce and manage the weight and the changes in the body are also long lasting.

Coconut Water

Did you know if your body is dehydrated, it will burn so many less calories than the usual? And, the best way to stay hydrated is to drink coconut water! It has high fiber content. Fiber has zero calories and it helps you feel fuller for a long period of time.

Most juices (and drinks in general) are very poor in fiber. That's simply because the whole idea behind juicing is to remove the solid part of the fruit (the fiber) and extract just the liquid part (the juice).

But even though coconut water is as fluid as they get, it is still a bright and shiny exception when it comes to fiber. Coconut water is actually one of the highest fiber containing drinks in existence. It reduces cravings and has zero cholesterol and it’s very low in fat content. So, it’s a perfect drink for those who are aiming weight loss. Coconut water helps in boosting the metabolism of the body. It helps in maintaining adequate body weight.

Note : Many coconut water producers add sugar to coconut water. In its natural form, coconut water is not really all that sweet. If they throw in a little sugar, most people will simply think that this particular brand tastes better that the no-sugar-added brands. Coconut water straight up from coconut is good for weight loss and NOT the packaged one. Go for organic, raw, young, and fresh coconuts.

Brimming with anti-oxidants ( polyphenols )nearly 10 times more than green tea. Because white tea is most gently and not overly processed, it retain most of their beneficial antioxidants. Which surely help to boost metabolism and speed up the weight loss process.

Another active ingredient, catechin, is also very beneficial for metabolism. Researchers conducted a series of studies in dieters and found that those who had white tea lost more weight than those who didn't, suggesting that catechins improve fat oxidation and thermogenesis, your body's production of energy, or heat, from digestion. In addition to weight loss white tea is a powerful anti-ageing drink. So that should be a great addition to your weight loss diet.
