Home made therapies are great and treat the skin and Acne ( Pimples) temporarily. Different Acne can be caused through many reassons

1- hormonal Changes young and older age groups suffer through this . Teen years your bidy is telling its changinging and pre menapausal years

2- geneticalky your parents might have it growing up or all their lives

3- allerigies from products or food

4- diet the food we eat

5- acneic bacteria that lives on the skin

Studies have shown over and over again esthetically we can treat the skin with home made therapies for and that may work. However internally a dermatogist is needed in sever cases to keep the skin from permanently scarring it.

My suggestion try home made therapies for acne I to II 5 % acne such as monthly break out from menstrual cycles. Or even hormone changed.

As far as over the counter the clarasinic brush or Benzoil Peroxide 5 to 10% is great. Anything beyond that for higher grade acne please consult you dermatologist with a medical Esthetician.

Take Care and wish you all best if health!
