4. Be aware of toxicities in your life
It is also necessary to recognize when a person or thing is constantly bringing negative energy to your life. These are called "toxic" because they are extremely bad for your well being. If you are aware that someone is constantly bringing you down, always has a negative attitude, etc. you need to get rid of them!
5. Recognize when you need help
Last but not least, recognize when you are no longer able to help yourself. If you are not able to improve on your own it is strongly encouraged that you reach out for help from someone else.
