Mandy, I did not want to read this Hub, but I couldn't say no either. Finally, I just gave in. I was a runner from 1971 to 2005. I ran three marathons in addition to countless other races not to mention just my own daily runs, especially trail runs. I can't run anymore, but I can ride my bike and do some hiking and snowshoeing. The quotes are great. Dean K's quotes always hit the bulls eye. Thanks for putting together this inspirational hub.
