6 Youtube Channels That Will Whip Your Body Into Shape
I simply dread the thought of going to the gym. It terrifies me to think that people will see me getting all sweaty and looking goofy while I'm trying to get my workout on. I would much, much rather workout in the comfort and privacy of my own home where I don't have to worry about anyone looking at me and I can just focus on my workout. If you're like me and you want to start a successful workout routine from the comfort of your own home, you've come to the right place.
When I was looking for some new workouts to do, I decided to check out Youtube since there's just about something for everyone and everything on there. Lo, and behold, I wound up finding 6 Youtube channels that I love, and they focus solely on workouts. Did I mention they're free as well? They don't cost you a cent!
If you're looking to shed some pounds and work your way to a healthier, slimmer you, then I highly recommend you check out these Youtube channels. All of these channels have workouts that everyone can do. Whether you are at a high intensity or low intensity workout level, there's something for everyone with these channels.
It's important that you find workouts that you love, and ones that your body feels comfortable doing. Once you find those two key elements, you will be able to stick to your workout routine like glue.
1. Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home
Words cannot express how much I love Leslie! She is such an inspiration to me. One of her walking workouts was the first video I watched when I began my weight loss journey back in August of 2014. I love her personality and she really inspires me to continue working out on a regular basis. I also love that in her videos she uses people of all shapes and sizes compared to other workout videos where they use people who don't look like they need to workout at all. I have always loved going for walks, so Leslie's walking workouts are perfect for me. Some people may think her workout videos are too easy and that they don't do anything because they don't consist of crazy moves, but boy are they wrong. Her workouts really make you break a sweat. Her workout videos on Youtube range in length from 15 minutes to 45 minutes.
Leslie Sansone has been a fitness instructor since the 1980's. She has released several VHS tapes and DVDs. With as much as I love Leslie I haven't bought a DVD of hers yet, mainly because I am cheap and since I can use her workout videos for free on Youtube I haven't seen the need to buy one yet. I'll probably buy a couple in the upcoming months so I can have even more of a variety of walking workouts. Leslie Sansone's Walk At Home Youtube channel currently has 5 workout videos available. She doesn't add new videos to her channel often which is unfortunate, but the workouts she has allow for a little bit of variety.

2. Jessica Smith TV
Jessica Smith, like Leslie, has an awesome personality. She really encourages you throughout the workouts, and she really makes you enjoy working out to her videos. She's like a best friend rooting for you to push through your workout and do the best that you can. She also has an adorable little French Bulldog named Peanut who usually always makes an appearance in her workout videos.
Jessica Smith has been a fitness instructor for over 15 years. Her Youtube channel offers a great variety of many types of workouts. From walking workouts, to yoga, cardio, barre, and much more, Jessica has pretty much every kind of workout you can think of. She has quick 10 and 15 minute workout videos as well as 20, 30, 40, and 60 minute workout videos. In her workout videos she offers high impact and low impact options so that you can get a thorough workout no matter what your intensity level is. She uploads new fitness videos every single week so you will never get bored. She also offers fitness and nutrition advice on her channel as well. Jessica Smith's goal is to make fitness fun, and In my honest opinion, she truly does that.

3. Tiffany Rothe Workouts
Tiffany Rothe's Youtube channel offers a variety of different workouts, and they are all mostly about 10 minutes in length. Since her workouts are only 10 minutes she recommends you do them 3 times times in a row to get the full workout effect. Her workouts are really fun, and although they are only 10 minutes, they really make you break a sweat. Tiffany also offers her workout videos in Spanish, which I think is pretty cool. What I really like about Tiffany is that no matter your age, size, or sex, she wants you to feel confident and content with yourself. She also wants you to have fun and feel confident about yourself while you are actually working out. I have to admit I don't know what it is but her workouts do give you a confidence boost, at least for me. I think it's because they're fun and they don't really feel like your average workout.
Tiffany has been teaching fitness classes for a little over 15 years. Her workouts have been featured in InStyle and Women's Health magazines. Dr. Oz has even given TIffany's workouts praise, and has said she has "one of the best workouts on Youtube".
So if you're looking for a workout that's fun and boosts your confidence I highly recommend you check out Tiffany Rothe Workouts Youtube channel.

Pretty much every type of workout you can imagine is on this channel. There's everything from cardio, and dancing, to pilates and yoga. They offer workouts in length from 10 minutes all they way up to 60 minutes. With so many different types of workouts you will never get bored with this channel. 5. Fitness Blender
Fitness Blender is a Youtube channel created by the amazing husband and wife team Kelli and Daniel. Their Youtube channel features over 350 workouts, and they add between 3-5 new workouts to their channel every week. Their Youtube channel has just about every type of workout you can think of. They have everything from HIIT workouts, to cardio, yoga, stretching exercises, and much more. Their workouts range in length from 10 minutes all they way up to 60 minutes. A lot of their workouts are pretty tough so I mainly stick to the low-impact workouts because I can't do much of jumping or hopping around because I have problems with my legs. I am so glad that they give you the option to do high and low intensity level workouts.
What I really like about their videos is that they really make you feel like you are working with your very own personal trainer. As someone who would never pay for a personal trainer, it's great to be able to to experience this for free.
