1. GREEN TEA

Green tea is the healthiest beverage on the planet. It is not just a morning drink but a much more beneficial product. Some of the important benefits of green tea are:

1. Green tea contains various nutrients and minerals which are very important for our body and can protect us from various diseases.

2. It can be used to cure various cancer like breast cancer, prostate cancer etc.

3. It is very helpful for brain and improves your memory.

4. It is one of the most effective processes to lose your weight. And this is what we are going to discuss.

Green tea contains a small amount of caffeine, which has been shown to improve physical performance by mobilizing fatty acids from the fat tissues and making them available for use as energy. In order to burn fats first, it should be broken into micro pieces and then flows into the bloodstream. And green tea has a chemical called as EGCG (Epigallocatechin Gallate), which inhibit enzymes that excite the hormone that sends message to the brain to the fat cells to break fats.

2. ROSE PETAL

Rose belongs to family names as Rosaceae. Roses are not used only for the decorative purpose, But if we used it properly they will play an important role in weight loss. It acts as an anti-oxidant because of having a high quantity of vitamin C. It also acts as an antiseptic.

Honey is an excellent natural home remedy for obesity and lowering of cholesterol levels. • Take a cup of boiled water.
• Add 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey. Stir the honey in with a fork.
• Add fresh lemon juice to taste.
• Drink one cup of hot water with lemon and honey first thing in the morning instead of coffee.

5. CITRUS FRUITS

Vitamin C inhibits the production of cortisol, a hormone that tells you to store fat. Citrus fruits like orange, lemon and lime can help to lose your weight. They can help you control hunger. Citrus fruits are rich in fiber and water. And high fiber, high water foods fill your stomach and take a time to digest.

6. DRINK MORE WATER

Drinking two cups of water before your meals will keep your body to lose some weight. This is a quite easy way to lose weight, you didn't have to do anything special just water.
Drinking water before your daily meals will fill some part of the stomach and reduce your daily calorie intake. According to the Food and Nutrition Board at the Institute of Medicine, healthy women should ingest about 11 cups of water whereas healthy men should drink around 15 cups of water a day, with all the food and beverages.

7. CHEWING GUMS

Chewing gum is a multi-purpose food, sort of. It not only freshen your breath, but it can help you overcome cigarette smoking, improve your memory and even help you lose weight. According to some studies chewing gum can help you reduce calorie, but it would work effectively together with a reduced- calorie diet and regular exercise.
Although some new studies deny the idea of using chewing gum as a weight-loss remedy but still some researchers believes that it works.
