Bad breath can be the result of eating a number of things, onions being an example. It can also be caused if we haven't eaten for a while. Rest assured, help is within your reach in the form of yogurt.
Whenever you feel the need, consume few spoonfuls of yogurt. The bacteria in yogurt will miraculously aid in removing bad breath.
For Brittle Nails - Vegetable Oil As Home Remedies
If you are troubled by broken and rough nails, brittle nails and wish to know how to get healthy nails, get some vegetable oil. Vegetable oil can help you out. You can even use olive oil.
Every night, before you go to bed, massage the nails of the fingers and the toes with this oil. Carry on the massage for some days and you will note the difference.
Pain In The Soles Of The Feet - Use A Tennis Ball
Most of us are up on our feet for the better part of the day. either moving or standing as our job may be. By the end of the day many times, we are confronted by pain in the soles of the feet or pain under the feet.
Many of us do not wish to consume pain relievers. For these people there is a very simple home remedy - a tennis ball; you can even use a golf ball. Here's what you have to do.
Keep the tennis ball under the soles of the feet and roll the ball to & fro with your feet, for a few minutes. The ache will disappear as if by magic.
For Shining Teeth - Apple
Do you have yellow teeth? Do you wish to have pearly white teeth?
If you wish to have white shining teeth make it a point to eat fruits regularly. Crisp vegetables and fruits do the work of cleaning the teeth naturally. Chewing them naturally cleans the teeth of accumulated dirt.
Apple contains Malic acid which not only makes teeth stronger but cleans the teeth as well giving you shining teeth. Apple is great as one of the natural home remedies.
Hiccup Cure - Sugar
Sometimes, for no apparent reason, we suffer from repeated hiccups that do not seem to stop. In such cases, put 1 teaspoon of sugar in your mouth and chew it, sucking on the juice so made.
Within no time the hiccups will cease.
For Headache - Pencil
When one is tense, most people tend to clench their teeth. This becomes a cause for headaches. A simple lead pencil is all you need to get rid of this headache.
Keep the pencil between the jaws, not between the lips, as shown in the pic. Avoid chewing the pencil. This will help in relieving headaches.
For Skin Scrapes - Cloves
Cloves can help in cases of minor scrapes and heal them. Cloves are a natural antiseptic. Powder a few cloves and sprinkle this powder on the scraped skin. The antiseptic action of cloves prevents infection and aids healing.
For Glowing Skin - Papaya
Dust and dirt make our skin dull and listless. Papaya is a boon in such cases and brings back glow to the face.
Wash a ripe papaya and remove its skin and seeds. Grind the pulp in a blender. Add 1 tsp oatmeal to this and mix well. Apply on the face and let it stay for 10 minutes. Wash off.
This routine helps to remove the accumulated grime and dirt, bringing a natural glow to the skin. Papaya is very beneficial even for a very sensitive skin.
