Exercise Easy Early Quick Work Out

Exercises To Do

1. In sitting position, Do hands to feet Stretches 5-10 to start and up to 100....

2. Do Stretches lying down with arms/hands extended back overhead 5-10 to start up to 100....

3. Do 90 degree Neck Turns while lying down from 10-30....

4. Do Crunches with hands behind head, legs straight up, bring head toward knees 10-100 (switch legs at half your total count)....

5. Do top Stretches, 5 counts on knee with butt extended back and then 5 counts on hands with body forward, head up and butt in....

6. Do V-Shaped Leg Wideners 15-30....

7. Push Ups 10-30 on hands and toes....

8. Do 30 leg raises for each leg…

9. Do 25 jumping jacks

Do 5-15 mins on the treadmill

Get It Out Of The Way In The Morning

Early in the morning, roll out of bed and onto the floor with bedwear still on before anything distracts you such as phone calls, radio, television or children and others waking up, unless they participate in exercise. If radio wakes you up, turn it off before starting in order to avoid hearing bad or any news that may distract you. It’s all right to play positive music to exercise along with. When you become consistent in this morning exercise then you may, before exercising eat some fruit or do whatever works for you. However, this is a perfect daily regimen.



This 10-point exercise will help you endure the entire day, everyday. It’s good for the heart and respiratory system after a good night of rest. This exercise is unique for 7 days per week, meaning you should do this everyday. If you intend to eat everyday then this exercise should be done everyday. As you continue exercising with healthy eating and resting daily the results will be amazing to phenomenal in going along with the other positive things in your life!

Easy Treadmill Walk

At the end of the 8 points should be the 9th point and that is walking from 5-15 mins or more if you can on the treadmill. Listening to music plays a big part in enjoying your treading. Tread milling adds to great stamina that will help you complete a successful day while you maintain mental and physical balances.

Easiest Exercise To Do Everyday

It is so easy to do this exercise every morning. It becomes so routine that you will start adding extras to do. If you have been doing it for some time then you know what I mean. I've added some kidney crunches to work my kidneys and some fifty sit-down leg crosses.

Exercising allows you a steady flow of breathing in oxygen that is needed for the body cells and organs. Exercising serves more purposes than we realize. To do it daily enhances everything, especially as we get older. While young we have a tendency to take good looking and healthy bodies for granted but at some age or point we must realize the need to maintain exercising, healthier eating by balancing our meals and maintain faith in all we do.
