A Hangover cure that really works.
Everyone has been there at least once. Have you ever drank one too many the night before? And now you have a hangover so bad that you think you might die. Or better yet, it would be better all together if you did die. Your head feels like it's spiting open, mouth is dry, you feel week, hot, chilled, your sweating, and you are spinning so bad that you don't even think you will be able to get water down.
Lets face it, when we feel like this it shows on the outside too. And if you ever been in this position, I bet people have come up to you with their hangover cures. They could range from good old common sense to off the wall weirdness you don't think you would ever try. Well have no fear, the real Hangover cure is here.
1. Take Ibuprofen or a painkiller with a big glass of water before hitting the hay.
You might not always remember this step. But it really gets a head start on killing the dreaded hangover. If your hangover is bad enough sometimes you will not be able to even drink any water in the morning without having it come right back up. So remember to hydrate the night before. Maybe if you are going to a celebration/party where you know there is going to be a lot of drinking (wedding, new year's etc.) write yourself a note. Make sure to put it in plan sight where you wont miss it. Or even set up the glass of water and pain killers. This is especially true for those that don't drink as often. If you feel it might be one of those nights is better to be prepared.
2. Sleep a full 8-9 hours if you can.
Your body needs to rest even more then usual if you have been drinking. Sleeping is the time that your body takes to recalibrate, refresh and heal. And you really need all three.
3. Take a shower right when you get up.
Taking a shower will refresh you. It will also relax muscles that are tense from dehydration. You will also feel and smell a lot better. Even tho this might seem so routine and mundane, it is a very important step. If you feel, look and smell better on the outside you will feel better on the inside too.
4. Take the holy trinity; vitamin water Revive, 5 hour energy, and Ibuprofen (or another painkiller)
It may sound kind of like a commercial advertisement, but don't knock it. I stumbled across this combination and they work really well together. 5. Eat something as soon as you get any hunger pang.

However if nothing starchy looks good, go with your gut. Not only pregnant people get cravings. Cravings are there for a reason. Your body is telling you that it needs one of the main ingredients badly. So If you use cravings wisely they can actually help you.
