Is work making you sick?

COMPUTER RADIATION RELIEF

An herbal recipe for helping alleviate the effects of sitting in front of the computer all day.

My friend found this formula in her herbal scrapbook. It didn't say what you wanted the most of. I add it in here because it's the 'original' and I think you might like to compare the two, or have an option of which one you might like to make.

BLADDERWRACK: It's a thyroid balancer.
DANDELION ROOT/LEAF: It supports and increases effectiveness of your toxin removing organs like your liver, gallbladder, spleen, and kidneys.
ECHINACEA: It supports the immune system.
EYEBRIGHT: Decreases eyestrain, strengthens eyes.
GINKO BILOBA: Helps oxygenate the brain, improves mental alertness, and helps support the eyes.
GOTU KOLA: Increases energy, endurance, and improves longevity.
KELP: Helps regulate the thyroid and is actually very good at helping the body combat the effects of radiation.
LICORICE ROOT: Is directly supportive of the adrenal cortex. Also stabilizes the muscle and nerve functions.

If I were to make one, this is what I would do.

The herbs that are most wanted are at the top.

BAMBOO: The only thing that survived at the very epicenter of the Hiroshima atomic blast. Leaves work best, but young cut up fresh stalks would do.
KELP: Helps regulate the thyroid and is actually very good at helping the body combat the effects of radiation.
DANDELION ROOT/LEAF: It supports and increases effectiveness of your toxin removing organs like your liver, gallbladder, spleen, and kidneys.
BURDOCK: It is a premier blood and lymphatic cleanser. (Dandelion and Burdock support each other to thoroughly to be separated).
GARLIC: Better then echinacea, because garlic will pretty much zap any sort of fungus, bacteria, viral, or septic thing going on in your system.
GINKO BILOBA: Helps oxygenate the brain, improves mental alertness, and helps support the eyes.
EYEBRIGHT: Decreases eyestrain, strengthens eyes.
GOLDENSEAL: Magnificent for eye inflammations, sinus relief, prevents blood clots.
LICORICE ROOT: Is directly supportive of the adrenal cortex. Also stabilizes the muscle and nerve functions.
GINSENG: (Optional) anti-fatigue, protects against stress.

Now go to the liquor store and get some brandy or vodka. Most people use vodka, but I like brandy better. I think it holds the properties in a more body friendly way. Empty the bottle into another container.

Go to your local herb shop and get the herbs, then chop or shred them up. (I've been known to use a blender, but if you do make sure that the roots are already in smaller pieces.) Fill up about 2, or two and a half inches of the herbal mixture in the 1.75 liter brandy bottle. Put the brandy back in the bottle, leaving enough space at the top to be able to shake the mixture completely.

Set it in the sun for about a month. Shake it when you think about it. You can't really over shake it, but do remember it once a day or once every other day.

As an added help I like to follow Masaru Emoto scientific findings and add the word "Health" on the bottle. As I shake it, I also think about what I want it to do. Usually, I think or say, "Thank you for healing".

Get a dark bottle with a dropper lid and fill it. Put the nasty tasting thing in some water (about a shot glass full of water and half a dropper) and drink it.

That's it. Congratulations, you made an anti-radiation tincture.
