People become posses regarding others judging and feel embarrassment and worry. These disorders have an effect on almost 1.5 million adults in America and it is a second common anxiety disorder. The beginning of the social anxiety disorder is the teenage years. They are different ways that people experience a social anxiety disorder. There are several common symptoms those individuals are inclined to have a dilemma during:

  • Talking in public
  • Conversation to strangers
  • Going to public places and parties
  • Eating in public
  • Starting a dialogue
  • Entering a room
  • To be a center of attention
  • Fear of being humiliated
  • Being judged

2: Specific Phobia:

A person feels extreme danger and fear of specific situations and objects like flying, height, and fear of the spider. It may become a reason for the occurrence of panic attacks when they expose to fear. The individuals with this phobia are mostly aware of these fears that are irrational or overstated; they feel that these reactions are uncontrollable. This specific phobia is often connected with a panic attack during which the individual goes through different mental and physical sensations.

3: Generalized Anxiety Disorder:

This situation leads toward the physical and mental changes like stomach disturbance, headaches and problem in sleeping.

4: Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder:

This type of disorder takes place when someone experiences a shocking event for example:

The symptoms of post-traumatic stress contain the horrible dreams, flashbacks and trouble worries of the traumatic situations.

5: Panic Disorder:

It is a type of anxiety disorder. A panic attack can generate a strong, irresistible feeling of fear which can be incapacitating. The severe levels of panic attacks are going along with different symptoms. Some people may have two or more panic attacks in life and May the tense situation goes away after some time. The symptoms of panic attacks peaks in few minutes include some of these symptoms:

Individuals may go through different anxiety disorders at the same time. The genetic history of a person plays an important role. Anxiety can be due to the primary health issue that can be a physical or mental illness. It also contains the alteration of thinking and stress due to environmental factors. It also includes the medical aspect, for example, the side effects of medicines or serious surgery. Anxiety can also occur due to family issues, relationship concerns, and complexity in work or job.

Anxiety Treatment At Home:

By taking proper medicine and consulting a therapist can for the treatment of anxiety. But they are also many simple changes in daily life to treat anxiety at the home.

  • By setting the proper routine of exercise and spend time in healthy activities.
  • Anxiety can be increased by using drugs or alcohol consumption. Avoiding alcohol and drugs can reduce anxiety.
  • Reduce or stop smoking, nicotine in the cigarettes is worst for anxiety.
  • Avoid caffeinated drinks like energy drinks or coffee.
  • Doing yoga can help to decrease anxiety and also promote relaxation.
  • Try some stress managing techniques.
  • Take a healthy diet which contains a variety of vegetables, vitamins, whole grain, proteins like fish and chicken.
  • Deficiency of sleep or restlessness can also increase the anxiety, set a proper duration of sleep.
  • Try to learn more about your anxiety and make an appropriate assessment of your personal treatment
  • Believe in yourself and take proper decisions to meet up the challenges of daily life.

We can treat the anxiety disorder by psychotherapy or proper medication or by both. The person with little anxiety issues or that who have fear of various things can easily avoid such things without any medication. The most important thing is to recognize such disorders even in brutal conditions. By some simple steps, anyone can learn how to manage anxiety and live a healthy and happy life.
