Affirmations For Depression And Self Esteem
For thousands of years yoga masters of India have used affirmations as one of the tools for lifting their students from natural human consciousness into the level of Enlightened Being. Since communication has long been quick and easy in the modern world the affirmation psychology of the East has been made available to western man and is being utilized by western therapists of many disciplines. They are now pretty much one of the standard members in the toolbox of most psychologists. I accept and experience all my feelings.

The beginning I make today is never insignificant or unimportant. It is the foundation of my future.
