Amazingly Simple Home Remedies

Updated on April 10, 2008

A BIT OF NONSENSE

All of us these days live a stressed life in one form or another whether we admit it or not.

Sure there are many ways to de stress other than having to take chemical drugs.

I myself switch over to my right brain and go from the sublime to the ridiculous.

The stress just flows out of me so I hope reading these little “Tips” will help you de stress for a while.

1. IF YOU'RE CHOKING ON AN ICE CUBE, SIMPLY POUR A CUP OF BOILING WATER DOWN YOUR THROAT. PRESTO! THE BLOCKAGE WILL INSTANTLY REMOVE ITSELF.

2. AVOID CUTTING YOURSELF WHEN SLICING VEGETABLES BY GETTING SOMEONE ELSE TO HOLD THE VEGETABLES WHILE YOU CHOP.

3. AVOID ARGUMENTS WITH MALES ABOUT LIFTING THE TOILET SEAT - LET THEM USE THE SINK.

4. FOR HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE SUFFERERS ~ SIMPLY CUT YOURSELF AND BLEED FOR A FEW MINUTES, THUS REDUCING THE PRESSURE ON YOUR VEINS. REMEMBER TO USE A TIMER.

5. A MOUSE TRAP PLACED ON TOP OF YOUR ALARM CLOCK WILL PREVENT YOU FROM ROLLING OVER AND GOING BACK TO SLEEP AFTER YOU HIT THE SNOOZE BUTTON.

6. IF YOU HAVE A BAD COUGH, TAKE A LARGE DOSE OF LAXATIVES. THEN YOU'LL BE AFRAID TO COUGH.

7. YOU ONLY NEED TWO TOOLS IN LIFE - Q20 AND DUCT TAPE. IF IT DOESN'T MOVE AND SHOULD, USE THE Q20. IF IT SHOULDN'T MOVE AND DOES, USE THE DUCT TAPE.

8. REMEMBER - EVERYONE SEEMS NORMAL UNTIL YOU GET TO KNOW THEM.

9. IF YOU CAN'T FIX IT WITH A HAMMER, YOU'VE GOT AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM.

10. This is C for serious to really relax play a good skill game on the net.

      Thanks London Girl.

When I first came to live in Mozambique I used to have heart attacks with the use of a hammer. They used it for everything and I mean everything. Actually I used to hide the hammer and then you would see the long faces because their hammer was "missing".

I am now used to it.

      Take care Di

LOL, I am sitting here just ROFLMAO! We have had a bad cold season in the house where i live in Edmonton. Giggle, should I suggest number 6 to the people here? Now that is unkind! On a serious note, I found this recipe which is natural, that many people swear by :-)

1 teaspoon of honey 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (freshly squeezed) Stir mixture in a little bit of drinking water and drink immediately. Take this 2-3 times a day.

To Your Success Diana and thanks for on good laugh...hmmm don't they say..laughter is the best medicine?
