An Artist's Spirit -Explore Your Creative Self
Make your day full of color!
Where is your creativity?
My goal is to help others' find their creativity. You don't have to be an artist to be creative. Try a few of these tasks and see what happens. You may find that you have so many ideas inside that need a little encouragement.
Week # 1
1. Purchase a notebook or a black hardbound sketchbook to use as your personal journal. Grab some permanent markers and add some colorful designs your cover of your notebook/journal.
2. Start writing in your journal daily, preferably in the evening before bed or upon rising in the morning. It can a be one word, a long story or even just some doodling or drawings. Clear your head of the everyday dust.
"Art washes from the soul the dust of everyday life." -Pablo Picasso
3. Block out 3 times/week (20 minutes each) in your calendar/planner for "you" time to do some sort of exercise. A simple walk is perfect!
I think #3 is the most difficult for some people. Exercise is so important in this journey. You will find that you'll start to look at nature differently as you go through this process.
