If you take it regularly, you could cause stomach issues including indigestion and even ulcers. And if you have these conditions, apple cider vinegar could make them worse,

The vinegar can cause facial swelling, pain in the throat, hives and difficulty breathing.

If you consume more then required for cooking. Apple cider vinegar can cause some drug interactions too.

Always discuss the effects of adding vinegar to your diet with your doctor if you are taking medication regularly or have a specific illness.

      i want to reduce my weight but i cant drink soo much quantity of apple cider in water like i cant drink even one table spoon of aplle cider in 1 can i reduce my weight??? m very worrying about my weight??:(
