It’s very interesting to see how people are really becoming more and more cautious about their health and in fact many of them are going for fitness centers.

      I enjoyed group aqua aerobics. You can do a lot of exercises that on land are high impact but not in water.

      As you've noted here, water aerobics is a fun, healthy way to exercise, especially for seniors because it's easier on the joints than other forms of exercise.
