Banana & Dark Chocolate Crème Protein Shake

Having the same old morning & post-workout protein shake everyday can get pretty boring. Well if that is the case for you, here is a great recipe for a creamy banana and chocolate protein shake that is really filling and also tastes great. This protein shake is great for those of us in a hurry for the fact that it only takes about three minutes to make. Next time you are looking to change up your morning or post workout shake be sure to give this one a try.


  • 1-Scope Whey Protein Powder, Chocolate
  • 8oz Unsweet Almond Milk, Chocolate
  • 1- Container Banana Greek yogurt, 5.3oz
  • 1-Tsp Banana extract
½ Tbsp flax seed oil 

  • 1- Tbsp Dark cocoa powder
  • 4-5 Ice cubes


  1. Combine all ingredients in blender and mix until desired smoothness. Pour in to chilled glass. Serve and enjoy
