Basic steps to lose weight
Everyone wants to look good and feel good. Everyone wants to look still young.. Follow these steps for a healthy you.
- The first step you have to do is eliminate all the junk food and sugary food example: soft drinks, chocolate.
- Don't cook food in oil, grill food,boil or steam food this way its healthier and its still got all the nutrients.
- Drink more water instead of soft drinks.
- Eat for vegetables and fruits. The rest eat moderately.
- Try and eat dinner before 5pm. Cause if you eat late and go straight to bed that goes to fat.
Do exercise, at least 4 times a week or more if you can. 1hour a day.
