Basic steps to lose weight

Everyone wants to look good and feel good. Everyone wants to look still young.. Follow these steps for a healthy you.

  1. The first step you have to do is eliminate all the junk food and sugary food example: soft drinks, chocolate.
  2. Don't cook food in oil, grill food,boil or steam food this way its healthier and its still got all the nutrients.
  3. Drink more water instead of soft drinks.
  4. Eat for vegetables and fruits. The rest eat moderately.
  5. Try and eat dinner before 5pm. Cause if you eat late and go straight to bed that goes to fat.
  6. Do exercise, at least 4 times a week or more if you can. 1hour a day.

  3. Boosts mood.
  4. Strenghens bones.
  5. Decreases stress.
  6. Lowers blood pressure.
