Shaun T's Insanity Review!

The idea behind getting in shape has changed over the years from working out at gyms to doing cardio workouts at home. The time has arrived when you can get real results from workout dvd's along with eating healthy.

I am going to take a look at Beachbody's Insanity with Shaun T. The videos and photos that you see may be false leading with many of these people putting in a lot of work and eating on a strict diet. Now don't get me wrong as I have used this series and attend to start using again this week as I have fully recovered from a shoulder injury.

These dvd's are designed to work you out with a possibility to burn up to or even more then 1000 calories per dvd. The set includes 10 dvd's and if you purchase it from Beach Body you also get a nutritional guide to help you start eating healthy. Each action packed workout is focused on interval training at its highest with short rest breaks.

He focuses on different areas of your body from disc to disc so be ready to work and remember that each time you do a disc you have to push your self harder and harder if you want to get big results. The program will deliver results with out a change of diet but the bigger results come with improved eating habits along with doing the program daily.

Insanity workout delivers results!

At the moment I have just ordered my set of insanity workout dvds and will update over time. I will also include pictures and results as soon as I hit the first 30 days with before and after photos.

But till I get my testimonial results up on the page I have talked to two different customers that come in to the store that I work out who both have lost a ton of weight. I am not including any names but the results are crazy with the one customer I hardly recognized her and the guy you could tell started working out.

The female is 30 years old and a mom of two who was weighing 205 pounds before changing her diet and started doing insanity with the convience of not leaving her home to go work out. This was the main reason she decided to choose this program plus it save her money on her gym membership she never used. In 90 days she is down over 40 pounds and she just started another wave of the program.

The male is 42 years old who just wanted to get in to shape after not being active for years. He has done two rounds of insanity and has dropped close to 60 pounds. He told me though he has changed his entire eating habit to follow the diet he got along with the dvd set.

So if you follow the diet and the program results are obtainable! Set goals, set up a healthy eating plan and get ready to put in the time to get real results! This program is intense so don't give up after one day. Continue to fight and over time it will get easier but deliver results!
