Beachbody Workouts for People Who Work from Home
Do you work from home? Is the work from home lifestyle having an effect on your waistline? If you're looking for a workout program that has short workouts that can be done with little or no equipment, Beachbody has a few that may fit your needs. In this hub I'll discuss two of those workout programs, 21 Day Fix and 10 Minute Trainer.
21 Day Fix
The 21 Day Fix Diet and Exercise Program makes losing weight very simple - this program is best for those who are looking to lose a few pounds in a short amount of time - say before a wedding or a vacation, but it's also good for those who work from home because the workouts are only 30 minutes long, the eating plan is flexible, and the portion control containers make it easy to plan your meals. The basic package contains 7 color coded portion control cups for your meals plus a Shakeology shaker bottle if you like the Shakeology shakes, and it also contains 2 DVDs which have 6 workouts plus 1 bonus workout on them. 10 Minute Trainer
The 10 Minute Trainer Workout program lets you build a lean, toned body in as little as 10 minutes a day. Tony Horton's workouts combine full-body sculpting with fat-burning cardio, so there's no time wasted - you can lose weight, get fit, and still have plenty of time left to focus on your business. The reason this workout is effective is because Tony uses a technique called Super Stacking, which combines fat-burning cardio, total-body toning with resistance bands, and ab work for your core all in one workout.
