No worries on belly fat with lemon water

One way to loose your belly fat is drinking lemon water. Our liver needs to be detoxified in order to metabolize the fat effectively. Lemon water does a great help. It increases enzymes excellently in order to detoxify the liver to carry out its functions efficiently.


Lemon Selection:

Choose ripe lemon. Usually, green-colored lemon are more acidic and unripe.

The heavier the lemon and the thinner the skin, the more flesh and more juice it has.

An old lemon, on the other hand, has dull color with patchy or wrinkled skin.


How to do it?

Prepare this:

1 pc. lemon

1 glass of water - warm preferred

Take a lemon and squeeze out its juice into the warm water after you get up in the morning.

Warm water is good to make lemon water for fat burning. Mix well and take this lemon water every morning on an empty stomach. Do not eat or drink anything for at least 30 minutes.

Do this regularly in the morning and loose your belly fat surely.

      I love drinking my water with lemon and it has helped curbed my appetite. But the initial reason I started drinking it was because it was crisp and refreshing without being sweet or leaving my mouth dry like sugary lemonade. Excellent hub and information. Voted up!
