Here in the Philippines, ginger is like the "staple" spice that gives kick to almost every meal we cook everyday. Apart from that, personally, I love drinking ginger juice - especially if it's warm. It helps soothe my throat after a band rehearsal or vocal practice.

I love ginger and I hope more people would discover its wonders through this hub you've written. Sharing and voting up this one. :)

I am a big fan of juicing and always have a bit of ginger available to add to almost every juice I create. It's quite easy to grow as well. You can grow it in the garden or in posts, and it makes a beautiful decorative plant which you can dig up when you need more ginger.

Hi Juicingforhealth, that is excellent. When small amount of ginger is added to fresh juice, it enhances the taste and nutritious value of juice too. Growing your own ginger is the best part. Thanks for your feedback.
