Milk contains calcium which can help maintain healthier teeth and bones. Milk protects teeth by forming a thin layer on the enamel surface to prevent the loss of calcium and phosphate when acid from foods are present in the mouth. Milk can also help maintain stronger bones for everyone. Calcium, phosphorus and magnesium are great ingredients in milk which can help protect bones from diseases such as osteoporosis later in life.

High Blood Pressure

Eating milk along with fruits and vegetables on a low-fat diet can help regulate and lower high blood pressure levels. Calcium, magnesium and protein in milk are probably the causes of this benefit.


Results have showed that those who drink milk regularly have a higher chance in lowering weight faster than those who don’t drink milk. I certainly find this a surprise. No one thinks that milk can lower weight instead, many dieters choose to avoid whole milk thinking that it will cause them to gain weight. Now you should realize that losing out on milk is only making it harder for you to lose weight faster.
