Who eats fruits almost people of every age...When we enjoy every bite of any fruit do we ever think what are its benefits or even the nutrition level that it provides us. No right, well fruits play a very crucial role in our life and the lack of it makes us go through many kinds of deficiency diseases as that listed below.

1- Papaya

The benefits of papaya is that it is a rich source of anti-oxidants, vitamin A,vitamin B, vitamin C and vitamin E, folate and also pantothenic acid too. It is also a good source of minerals like potassium, fiber and magnesium as well. All together these nutrients are good for cardiovascular system and also help us against colon cancer. Papaya also contains digestive enzymes for the betterment of our digestion called papain. It is good for a healthy immune system as well. Papaya might be a very good pick of fruit for preventing illness such as recurrent ear-infections, cold and flu as well.

2- Apple

The benefits of apple is that you will have whiter and healthier teeth. Drinking apple juice prevents Alzheimer away and fights the affects of aging of the brain. It also helps in the reduction of pancreatic cancers up to 23 percent. People who eat apple everyday have chances of not getting diabetes as well. It is also a high source for cholesterol reduction and for a healthier heart. It also helps prevent diarrhea and constipation. It controls your weight as well and helps in the detoxification of your liver in order to boost your immune system.

3- Orange

It helps to filter our blood. It is also useful for vomiting cases. It helps us cure our fever and drop down temperature of our body. It prevents all kinds of cancer. It is good for typhoid cases and also a good for cold and flu as well. It is useful for gums and mouth sores. Helpful for skin diseases and scabies. This fruit is full of antioxidants and helps to reduce inflammation that helps in diabetes, asthma, atherosclerosis, colon cancer, and arthritis as well. Watermelon has Phytonutrients, this compound is bioactive and helps in to trigger healthy reactions into our body. It also has arginine which is good for our heart.
