It can be very simple to forget about our health and wellness in the hectic world that we shuffle through today. The busy schedules we juggle with family and work obligations can lead to a lack of time to take care of self. This can lead to a breakdown of our body due to fatigue. So we have to ask ourselves what are some things that can be done to alleviate this.

First of all you need to stay hydrated. Water is the number one substance that your body needs to perform at its peak. The human body is more than 70% water and the lack of proper hydration can lead to a reduction in body strength and stamina. And if you are in a situation where there is a substantial reduction in water going into your body you can even die from it. It is a scientific fact that most people even in developed countries where clean water is abundant don't drink enough water per day.

Drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day will do wonder for alleviating health problems due to lack of hydration.

Another health problem we must tackle is the lack of nutrients we receive from the types of foods that we eat. We need vegetables and herbs for a good and stable diet full of nutrients. Yet most people don’t eat enough of either.

A juicer can be a remedy for helping you to get more veggies into your diet. It is far more easier for a lot of people to drink their veggies than to simply eat them raw. Consuming them as a juice allows you to mix the veggies for a better flavor experience. You can also mix fruits in with your blended vegetables for a slightly sweeter less bitter taste.


Juicing is all the craze these days. People often take their juiced veggies and fruits to work with them as a snack or a lunch meal. This helps to wet the appetite and keep the calorie count down. At the same time all of the vitamin and mineral nutrients allow you to keep you energy level high throughout your work day. The juiced veggies can also be packed for children as a school lunch. Or even serve as a healthy late night snack instead of the chips and soda.

One other great way to maintain your body health and wellness is to exercise. You can commit yourself to walking a couple miles every morning before work or even on your lunch break. There are exercises that you can do at your desk at work as well. Make time throughout the day to get in a few lifts with hand weights and even some running in place for 5 minutes. You could also do jumping jacks, squats, and pushups if you are adventurous.


Try to change up you daily routine to allow for better eating habits. Incorporate exercise into your daily routine as well. Keep yourself hydrated properly with enough water or other fluids. The more of these changes that you make in your life the better you will start to feel and perform.
