It all happens so fast! One day you are a 50kg college student, the next you are an 80kg parent. Suddenly, you start wondering what happened. In a panic, many people come to me to find out the fastest way to lose weight without exercise. Well, my advice remains the same. There is no magical way to lose weight fast; no magical diets that work especially seeing that it has accumulated gradually. In this article, I give a few tips for weight loss and good weight management.

Tip 1: Healthy Eating

Many people will search everywhere for diets that work and there are quite a few especially on the internet. However, the focus should be on sustainability because after the diet, then there is the living. First and foremost, you need to know what nutrients the body needs for day to day living because without eating well you will get into myriads of problems. Then you determine the quantities based on your body weight and size. Let’s do a quick recap on the foods. Shall we?

Tip 2: Positive Thinking

Start loving yourself so much that you will do anything it takes to look better and ultimately feel better.
