Citrus foods:

Citrus foods are well known for valuable source of vitamin C. In order to get best nutrition try to go for fully ripped citrus fruits. Add some grapefruits to your breakfast. Add a dash of fresh squeezed lime to your salad as a dressing.

Vegetables
