Updated on December 26, 2010

There are plenty of talk about healthy and better ways of living and I agree with most of them, so here are some really simple and easy ways to improve your life very fast, which you probably already know because they are really common sense, but it is very easy not to practice:

Sleep Better: Sleep is important because the it keeps the body regulated and helps the body's defense system. A study published in the September issue of the scientific magazine Sleep, found that men who sleep for fewer hours each day may even die sooner.

Eat Right: Those who want to keep the body functioning properly should take advantage of natural foods. Add to your shopping list plenty of fruits, vegetables, milk and grains that may be the best alternative to prevent diseases such as osteoporosis, cardiovascular problems, to control blood pressure and even to avoid the development of cancers.

Exercise: So many people have weight problems. In addition to eating properly, exercising is essential to escape from this problem. Exercise can even take away the hanger according to researches and even if you are not obese exercise will bring plenty of benefits, blood circulations and a ‘feel good’ result.

Keep Immunizations Up to Date
: The best way to prevent certain diseases is to take certain vaccines. If you have any doubt consults your doctor.

Do Not Smoke: Data from the World Health Organization indicates that in the world, cigarette smoking is the major cause of deaths that could be avoided. About 5 million people die each year because of smoking. But there is always time to stop, a year after quitting smoking people have the risk of death from myocardial infarction (the muscle that forms the heart) halved. And, in the period between five and ten years of ex-smoker, the chances of suffering a heart attack will be equal to people who never put a cigarette in their mouth.

Take Care of Hygiene:
Simple cleanup, adopt habits like washing hands helps prevent diseases such as influenza and reduce the movement of certain viruses in the population. But also it is not good to exaggerate - bathe in excess can be bad for skin health.

Take care.
