Here is a protein shake that is easy to make, rich, creamy, flavorful and most important nutritious. With only 300 calories this black cherry protein shake is great for a quick breakfast or as a healthy snack during the workday.
- 8oz. Unsweetened vanilla almond milk
- 1 Scoop Whey protein
- 5oz Black cherry Greek yogurt
- 4oz. Water
- 4-5 Ice cubes
- Combine all ingredients in blender, mix until desired smoothness. Serve and enjoy!
