Blah days

What do you do on days like this?

Have you ever had one of those "blah" days, where you just don't feel like doing anything or going anywhere even though you aren't sick?  I think most of us have had that feeling at least once in our lives.  So what do you do on a day like this?  There are quite a few things you can do to get out of the "blah" feeling.

1. Take some deep breaths.

2. Stretch

3. Drink more water.

4. Eat some chocolate.  I read somewhere that chocolate makes many people feel better in general, so I'm sure a small piece would do you good!

5. Open the window and let some fresh air inside.

6. Call and talk to a friend

When you have exhausted all of the above methods, put some clothes on and take a walk around your house or apartment complex.  Chances are you will start feeling a lot better and can go back to doing what you were doing.
