Stop eating Bread Butter Toast or Egg (in any form).
Salem Onions & Green Peas with Whole Wheat Bread.
This is a 0 Cholesterol dish taken with bread slice.Use hands for biting the bread slice toasted and spoon in other hand for Salem Onions.
1&1/2 Cup Salem Onions.
1 teaspoon salt.
2 cups Green Peas.
1 Table Spoon of Cow's Butter.
1 Table Spoon of Cumin-seeds
1/4 teaspoon of Fresh Ground Pepper
A - Peel the Onions,Boil one Cup of Water in a WOK on high heat.Reduce Heat to Medium add Onions and cook,covered for 8 minutes.
B - Shell the Peas,add to the WOK return to Boil and Cook Covered 7 minutes to 9 minutes.
C - Meanwhile melt the Cow's Butter in a small saucepan over low heat,add Cumin Seeds and cook till the seeds start cracking. Keep it aside.
D - Drain the Peas and Salem Onions,add C and gently toss few times.[ This dish has 100 calories,5g of Protein,16g Carbohydrates,5g of Fat,1g of Saturated Fat,0g Cholesterol,5g of Fiber,70mg of Sodium.]
Serve it to yourself with Whole Wheat Bread Toasted slices.
