3 Simple Changes Can Do Miracle

Are you suffering from constipation ? If yes than you are inviting many health problems. Piles,fissure,fistula and other ano - rectal disorders even colon cancers , these are end results of constipation.You can avoid these problems with 3 minor changes in your habits.Just follow these 3 things.

  • Add at least 250 grams of fiber rich fruits or salad to your meal.
  • Walk at least 2 - 3 kilometers a day.
  • Drink at least 2 - 3 liters of water or fluids in a day.

If you add these simple three things in your life style you will get rid of constipation.If you are using some medications for constipation related problems then also these simpler things will help you out. Try to avoid meat,eggs,refined flour containing foods.If you are taking non vegetarian foods than try to balance it with some steamed vegetables or fiber rich food.Maintain a good fiber balance for your gut cleansing.Whole grain food is good for your gut .
