Medical experts will tell you that constipation is not a condition or illness that kills people. They are misleading people huh. People are dying because of the complications from constipation but will tell you it’s not the constipation that kills you? Come on, it is like a criminal saying “I don’t kill him, he kills himself” but in fact, he makes him commit suicide at the point of his gun. What kind of reasoning is that?
Constipation can be the root of any disease if not properly treated. Do not believe any expert that it cannot do you any harm when the truth is you are having difficulties in your healthy lifestyle.
Anyone who is troubled with severe constipation can be very weak especially among old people. Constipation can give trouble to your heart. Of course, because blood cannot regulate effectively if you have severe constipation, blood color can be unhealthy, bad blood runs in our system. Most of the worries in our health can be detected through our blood. It can also cause irritation to colon resulting to a more serious illness like colon cancer.
Constipation is a condition where our body produces toxins. If we cannot move bowels regularly the toxins will go with our blood, toxins will make us bad blood, making our body weak and sometimes our heart to get weak too.
When the blood is pumped continuously through the heart, the heart muscles are constantly saturated with the blood containing toxins. If your conditions continue to deteriorate the doctor will tell you about having a heart disease which in fact it is brought about by having untreated constipation and unhealthy life.
Constipation can be treated, it is the truth. However, more and more people are getting constipation because of unhealthy lifestyle. More and more people are killed by unawareness to foods that they eat. More and more people are enjoying reading less and watching movies and videos online than spending time to learn more of about healthy lifestyles.
Healthy lifestyle means healthy foods such as, fruits and vegetables, exercise, discard all dairy products and meats for the time being and eat foods which are high in fiber, you also need fresh air and sunshine too but the most important is the liquid intake of at least 8 glasses of water per day.
Finally, getting rid of constipation cannot be treated overnight or one week. You need to have patience to totally get rid of it.
