Can I lose weight on paleo diet?
It doesn't take much to see that health in the world is decreasing. It also doesn't take much to see that we are in trouble.
The paleo diet, or caveman diet, is the way our ancestors ate, and the way we need to start eating. It conforms with what we had available to use at the time. Included in this diet is lean meats, fresh fruits, vegetables, berries and nuts. Nothing that was made during or after the agricultural era.
With all the extras being put into these processed food, we need to understand that these ingredients have a substantial part in the decline of health in the us. Being lazy is also not helping health either, but that is a different point.
The paleo diet is not a new trend. It has been around for a long time, now it is gaining steam faster than ever due to the health benefits, and because some famous people are doing it.
The fact that famous people are doing it should not be a reason for anything. Why do we follow these people in every venture they go out for? No one will try to help me invent a new kind of robot that can juggle cats. I am getting off track I think.
Someone might not be able to comprehend eating this way, and for some of us we will never get it. Those who do however will get to see benefits to there health and life. Some of those benefits for all of us include...

We should all strive to be more health conscious in our modern time. All of these health benefits can be accomplished with minimal effort, some healthy snacks, and a detox.
If we are just willing to pick up different items at the store. No one needs twinkies, soda, and potato chips all the time. We are conditioned by food companies to think like this.
I will go more into that later. While there are many diets around, it is still up to you to keep the diet going. However, with the paleo diet, you simply learn to eat differently.
The fact that we are in such a rush everyday is a huge downfall for us, and a very big gain for fast food companies. Most of us simply do not have time to cook. We need to have paleo fast food places, but for right now that is an oxymoron.

If you are just starting you know that this can be hard to do. To give up a lot of the foods you love is a lot to ask. When we take out all of the processed sugars from our body we give up an addiction. So if you say dash nutrition tips, I say dash you.
Most of us are addicted to those sugars, like glucose, corn syrup, and every other kind of corn sugar they can mix into our foods. That is what makes these foods so delicious.
If we truly understood our bodies we would definitely be more healthy. When you start the paleo diet you will notice weight lose. The sugars you are not consuming anymore will slowly go away. Most of the processed stuff we eat know is not even food, its all sugar and filling, not even real sugar.

With the advancement or un-advancement of the food industry it can be hard to know exactly what to eat. Even with items marked as healthy, diet, and gluten free.
Every day it seems like there are several new names for corn, and refined sugars. Sugars get broken up into smaller ingredients so they don't have to be labeled as such. The food industry thrives on money, not on health. It doesn't take some fancy school learning to tell it either.
With the wealth of information you can gather on the internet it seems almost impossible for everyone to not know that fat free and gluten free, aren't actually free of any of those. The fact is these things are trying to be hid by food companies. They do not want us to question them.
The fact is that these are our lives, and its time we take them back. All of these titles can be twisted into whatever the industry wants, to get you to buy. If you want something that is absolutely gluten free, fat free, and healthy grab some fruit. Take a look at this.

Before Agriculture and Detox
When we first started out, we had a very different way of eating. We hunted and gathered. Before agriculture, a lot of the foods we know didn't exist. Included in that list are processed grains, anything dealing with dairy, and refined sugars. We did not need to detox our body with special recipes.
These things didn't mean anything before, and they shouldn't mean anything now. When we went out for feed, we went with weapons. The world we live in today is designed for speed. The way we eat is no exception.
In the past, food wasn't just made by hand, it was crafted. Every berry had to be gathered, a fire had to be started, and a meal had to be presented. This is how it used to be. We need to except the fact that we have come to far as a species to have to be like we are.
We are a fat group of people in America. Well, most of us anyways. Obesity is through the roof and it doesn't show signs of slowing. Did you know a large portion of what you eat is made of corn? You are probably 90 percent corn, but is that regular corn or genetically modified corn. So if you ever grab a recipe for detox, don't eat corn.
I would like to take a second here to talk about the Dukan diet. It is based on 100 allowed foods and a 4 part system, attack, cruise, consolidation, and stabilization. This system is one I like for a couple of reasons.
One reason is that the Dukan system has a limited number of foods allowed, which is great for someone who can not figure out what to eat. If you have clear choices it is easier to choose.
Second reason is that this system, has a 4 step part. It tells you in steps what to do, and when to do it.

Along with the paleo diet, as with any diet, you should be exercising. A lot of people for some reason, either workout, or diet. If you want to be really successful you should do both.
The paleo workout is actually a very different workout then the standards that are used to today. There is no exercise bikes, and free fly machines.
This workout is all about incorporating the whole body at once, including climbing nets, bear crawls, pull ups, anything that simulates what you would do when you were hunting or escaping a predator.
These are all great exercises , and really condition the body exactly like our caveman brothers.
The truth is, can I lose weight on paleo diet is not the question you should be asking. You should be asking, When am I ready to start losing weight?
We should all strive to be in the best health we can, I am not talking about being the slimmest or most muscular person on the planet. I am talking about real health, its not about a miracle diet, its about a new way to eat and live.
Getting your system to a normal state is the real strength of this diet. Your body needs to be rebalanced. If you truly want to know what to do for your health, and your families health. The way for you to get better or to get stronger does not have to be a grueling experience, as long as you are ready. If you are ready then it is time to start, now.
In my honest opinion, if you eat all of this processed junk you might as well be smoking too. All right maybe it isn't that bad. Still though smoking is bad for you anyways.
