Life is not serious
Maybe it's time for a good belly laugh! When was the last time you had a good laugh? I'm not talking about a polite laugh or a fake laugh. I mean a real, fall out of your chair laugh! You should have at least one of these everyday.
Power of Laughter
Laughter has tremendous powers. It can heal the blues instantly. If you have been taking life too seriously, it's time to start laughing. Have you ever noticed the fact that laughter and depression cannot occupy the same space? Laughter has a cleansing power. All problems flee when laughter takes over. Problems require a serious mind. Sometimes we need a break. Children laugh and have a good time but when they become adults a serious attitude suddenly becomes dominant. For what? Can't we still have fun?
Please take a break
Laughter makes you feel better. You cannot remain angry or sad if you start laughing or dancing. Put some of your favorite music on. Go to a comedy club. Throw a party. Call a funny friend or relative. Go see a funny movie. Do something, anything to get out of that dump state. You can even go to your room alone and laugh for no reason at all. After you've had a few laughs, you will feel refreshed. Those old problems won't seem so bad. In fact, you may find that they never really existed. Try to laugh everyday. Do something to relax away all of those serious issues that are being tossed at you. This life is a celebration. Grab your opportunities to be absolutely blissful. I don't know about you, but I have never missed a single day of laughter. The ridiculous is everywhere. All we need to do is just tune into it.
