Causes and effects of drugs to youth

Youth are curious especially to something they are not familiar to. One of this is ILLEGAL DRUGS. Illegal drugs have different kinds: marijuana, morphine, ecstasy, opium, heroin and many other more. They have different reasons why they use these. Here are some Causes why they use this:

1. Curiosity- youth are more curious nowadays. They try it just for fun.

2. Peer Pressure-Youth are only trying things because of their friends. Being afraid of peer turning their backs on you is a cause of peer pressure.

3. Family Background- youth are trying out this just because they knew already about it through their parents or relatives.

4. Environment- youth are affected not only through their friends but also through their environment. Their environment captures their minds on using illegal drugs.

The youth don’t even know that they will experience things which are effects of drugs. Effects which affect the physical and mental ability of a person. Different drugs have different effects. Here are some Effects of using illegal drugs in general:

1. Feeling of highness- users have this feeling of highness which relieves their problems in life.

2. Physical change – users tend to change their appearance. Either they look older or they look thin.

3. Moody behavior- users have different mood depending on their trip.

Youth are unaware that they are being eaten by their systems. They only care on what they feel now and not what they will feel afterwards.

The compliments which are giveen above is 100% right but instead of just saying we should think that what we can do from our level it will work better rather than just shouting.

drugs must be avoided in hundred percent.even the bible is against the drug as a christian we must believe in JESUS CHRIST and request his assistance when we believe that it is not possible and difficult to control ourself.

IT'S NOT IN VAIN FOR YOUTHS TO PERSEVERE IN USE OF DRUGS,I COMPARE IT TO SORTS OF UNCONCIOUS FOR WONDERFUL BEINGS LIKE THEM. ACTUALLY THE BIBLE TALKS OF HUMAN BEINGS AS WISE ENOUGH CREATURES WHO CAN MAKE UP THEIR HEADS MEET BY THINKING CRITICALLY AND AVOIDING PRIMITIVE BEHAVIOURS. I MYSELF DON'T MAKE USE OF DRUGS.

Drug abuse leads to severe health complications on the Youths and they should be sensitized on these effects

Live a drug free life and focuse on the future. Drugs has no any benefit except that it leads to a bad way and destroys the good thinking of our youth. Shun drug please.

This is a great point: "Youth are unaware that they are being eaten by their systems. They only care on what they feel now and not what they will feel afterwards." I think you hit the nail right on the head with that statement... For many, this attitude never changes, even as they grow older...
