Certainly Not!

Updated on January 11, 2015

It's painful.

Who better to listen to than ShannonStyle, right? Well, anyways what I'm going to say next is the hardest thing I am ever going to say to you. As far as advice on improving your lifestyle. The first step of getting out of a sticky situation ladies and gents, you have to be honest! Hold on, before you click away let me be clear on the fact that you just have to be honest with someone responsible. I mean eventually, the truth will set you free. The more help you get, the easier the whole process becomes when telling that one person who you just know will be disappointed to hear the credit cards maxed out again. Ladies, I'm a 23 year old female with a high end retail taste trust me I have to be extremely conscious of my spending habits, my budgeting my banking and sometimes I rack up the charge. However, this is January were at the bottom of this hill through this summit I call life.

So be honest!

I can't stress this enough! Have you heard of Credit Karma? The name is so perfect it says it all, being a young adult through my own perspective at least. Check your credit, before you stress about actually paying your bills know what your bills are pay off the important ones and please pay them off. One of the biggest mistakes young adults make is not planning for the future, I'm trying to make this as trendy as possible. So bare with me, I promise you it's going to be a really exciting year. Hard work yes, but hey showing up is half the battle the other half is staying and engaging. The result, eh you'll learn something.

Parents!

So, according to some daytime television a lot of young adults live at home these days. including myself so I'm going to sell some people out for their own good. Trust me, I'm the best friend you ever had one day you'll thank me when you can buy a house or have a bank account for that matter. So parents, these are the warning signs in case you didn't know as far as emotional, temperamental, and physical signs to actually look for without snooping or invading ones personal space. Like, if you start asking questions about them paying for things that they once payed for and should pay for and stopped paying for and are secretive about the response. They dodge financial obligated related questions, for example I see you went shopping but why can't you buy food? The last thing to look for is the huge pile of mail being sent to that person and the plethora of annoying phone calls.
