It's a well known fact that Aromatherapy is of great benefitto the human body. Whether it is using an aromatherapy cold remedy, or simply using lavendar to relax, aromatherapy can help in day to day life.

The nose is one of the most powerful sensory tools in the body, unlike many other senses, smell is wired directly to your body. A pleasent smell can make the world seem a brighter place, food can make us salivate, and a disguisting smell can make our face wrinkle.

By using some simple techinques you can change mood with aromatherapy, as well as help cure a cold!

The best part is that aromatherapy oils are easy to use. a few drops in an aromatherapy oil burner or aromatherapy diffuser could make your day to day life much happier, and stress free! As well asdeciding to buy aromatherapy oil burners, you can put a few drops of your favorite oil in a bath to relax in your favorite aromas.

Relaxing aromatherapy oils can also help you slwwp when you are feeling ill or have suffered from an injury. The relaxing oils can help sooth your mind, which is often focused when in pain.

i particularly like Frankincense oils and lavender aromatherapy oils,which are relaxing and give you a great sense of well being.  You can also use a lavender bag to help keep you sleeping all through the night

Sometimes the mood just needs to be set, a romantic holiday, some smooth music, or a nice meal can all help. But as I said, the only receptor linked right to your body is the nose, and some aphrodisiac aromatherapy oils can spice up a romantic evening in no time!

Using aphrodisiac aromatherapy oils can defiantely spice up life in teh bedroom, just pop them in an aromatherapy oil burner, dim the lights and you are ready to go!
