Do you need to change your eating habits?

Do you often have sugar cravings?

There may be many reasons for craving sugar and sweets, many people call it a sweet tooth. I personally don't like to label things this way, I like to research, find out causes and reasons why my body acts in a certain way. I have realized that many people complain about lack of energy and sweet cravings and I can honestly say there can be few different causes: it could be stress, it could be addiction to processed foods, it could be lack of important nutrients like vitamins and minerals, it could be dehydration (simply not drinking enough water), it could be all these causes together and it could also be that with our diet high in sugar our body is infested with parasites feeding on sugar in our body. This information really shocked me! Could it be that our sugar cravings are simply the result of these parasites feeding on our sugar and basically telling us to eat more and more sweets?

The Parasites Circle

What I found out is that:

  • with having a diet high in sugar we create the condition to accumulate eccess mucus is our body, and this is the perfect environment for bacteria and fungus to reproduce;
  • when these parasites live in our intestines, they feed on our sugar and reduce our energy level;
  • the result of the parasites reducing our energy level is sugar craving for us;
  • more sugar for us is more mucus for them to reproduce (and the circle starts again!).

How to Cleanse

Obviously the first step to cleanse your body is to give up completely junk food and start a healthy diet. To help you making the right choices and eating the right things, try to think that every time you are eating junk food and sweets you are not feeding your body, you are feeding the parasites that keep lowering your energy level.

There are also some ingredients you can integrate in your diet in order to cleanse your body from parasites, these ingredients are:

Linseed: linseeds are full of fibers and Omega 3 fatty acids. I can't start telling you all the benefit you will find by eating this superfood every day, it's really the right choice for so many reasons: you will bust your immune sistem, prevent heart diseases, prevent cancer and of couse get rid of intestins parasites.

Dried Cloves: this superfood is full of antioxidants and manganese, that is a very important mineral for our body. Manganese activates different enzymes, helps your body in the lipid metabolism (helps to get rid of fat) and keeps your nervous system stable. Dried cloves are also great at stabilizing your blood sugar level and are also a great antibaterial that will get rid of parasites.

Do you want to know more about parasites?

Final Thoughts

I don't mean to scare you with this talk about parasites in our body, but I think it's useful to open our eyes and realize what junk food is nowadays doing to our body. We all need to start making the right choices by eating more healthy foods, fruits, vegetables, seeds and nuts. If you only try for a couple of weeks to give up junk food and integrate your diet with more healthy stuff, I assure you, you won't go back!

      I came from a family that had Grandma's that let you eat your dessert first. I have a sweet tooth. I am trying to rid mid-life weight gain. I stopped the sweets about a month ago. It is getting easier and easier to not crave.
