Control Hypertension.

Hypertension is a dangerous disease, which will attack you in an unexpected day. Hypertension used to hide within you for a long period without giving an indication. Suddenly one day it will cause heart attack or cerebral hemorrhage. Hypertension happens because of our life style.Doctor says to prevent this we should follow a disciplined lifestyle.

The diseases from hypertension.

The major reason for heart attack is hypertension. Hypertension affects our heart by cutting the blood vessels, which will cause internal bleeding. Heart blood vessels get will cause a big damage to our heart. It may cause cerebral palsy also. Hypertension can cause problem in kidneys. Blurred vision can happen due to hypertension. Sometimes the small veins in our brain may break and it will cause bleeding, this will lead to memory loss.

Who will affect?

Hypertension could happen as hereditary.On aging the elasticity of blood vessels will decrease. This will lead to hypertension. Fattiness, smoking, alcohol consumption and unhygienic food these are having relation with hypertension. Hypertension will happen to them who are having kidney problem, hormone women hypertension will happen in pregnant condition .now a days children are away from their child hood games and natural food, which leads children to affect by hypertension.


Hypertension leads to serious problems to our health. However, there are rare symptoms. Puffing, chest pain, pain on the backside of head these are the main symptoms.
