Cure Pneumonia

I write about health, wellness and fitness. Emphasis on nutrition, exercise and non-use of prescription drugs. The goal is Optimum Health.

I have not been sick for 20 years.

Even a near-death in 1996 was not an illness, but an infection.

So, lately I have been spouting off about the medical community not being able to cure Pneumonia. Jack LaLanne died of Pneumonia.... Zig Zigler died of Pneumonia. Why?

This age-old disease should have been cured by now!

Jack LaLanne

Jack LaLanne

Jan. 23, 2011: I lost my LEADER. Jack LaLanne died at age 96. He wanted to make it to 120.

Here he is in his youth.

Jack and Elaine LaLanne

Here is Jack just over 2 months before his death, with his beautiful wife, Elaine.

I exercised with Jack on his TV show throughout the '70's.

Zig Ziglar

Zig Zigler

Below are 10 quotes from Zig Ziglar that have the power to completely change the direction of one’s life.

10) “Remember that failure is an event, not a person.”

9) “You will get all you want in life, if you help enough other people get what they want.”

8 ) “People often say motivation doesn’t last. Neither does bathing—that’s why we recommend it daily.”

7) “There has never been a statue erected to honor a critic.”

6) “People don’t buy for logical reasons. They buy for emotional reasons.”

5) “Expect the best. Prepare for the worst. Capitalize on what comes.”

4) “If you go looking for a friend, you’re going to find they’re scarce. If you go out to be a friend, you’ll find them everywhere.”

3) “A goal properly set is halfway reached.”

2) “Your attitude, not your aptitude, will determine your altitude.”

1) “If you can dream it, you can achieve it.”

My Struggle with the Illness

For all my ballyhoo about Pneumonia, God gave it to me so I could find the cure.

I'm doing pretty good. I didn't die.

Okay.... I have not had a doctor's diagnosis that I actually HAD Pneumonia... but are you going to doubt God? He has more reasons than I have answers.

First of all, there is no cure. There is a process of elimination....

LEMON JUICE kills the bacteria.

WATER (Pure water only!) loosens the phlegm.

COUGHING brings the phlegm up so it can be removed. (spit out)

BLOWING THE NOSE also brings up the phlegm to be removed.

BREATHING keeps the airways open after phlegm is removed.

EXERCISE helps eliminate the chances of the lungs filling with mucus again.

HONEY is an antibiotic that also helps open air passages.

You repeat the process over and over as long as you are sick.

It's not really so simple. Do not add hot water and Honey to your Lemon Juice! It is an individual response you want to create! I know, to drink a tablespoonful of Lemon Juice takes an act of COURAGE. I have now drank half a 32 ounce bottle of Real Lemon Juice, one chug at a time! But the phlegm I am bringing up now is CLEAR. It began as brownish, greenish chunks. Ewww....

Cool, Clear, WATER! Never mind eating unless you are actually hungry. Keep a bottle of filtered water at your bedside and keep it full! (This is for your early exercise. You get up and go fill your bottle as soon as it nears empty. Later exercise is running to the bathroom.) I think I've lost 30 pounds because I chose NOT to eat. I would drink water, sleep, wake up choking and peeing my pants. (Extra long dri liners, by Always, are very good for women.)

I coughed until my rib cage was sore... my lower abdomen was sore... I felt like I had a hole in my back with someone's fist in it... But I still coughed. When you hear a rasping that sounds like a death rattle, you COUGH. Get it OUT of there.

My nose got sore and infected from blowing, which also made blowing excruciating. But it's GOT to come out!

Then once you get to where you can make a breath without a wheeze, then you BREATHE. Women are typically shallow breathers and I have known this for years. So you must make an attempt to breathe as deeply as possible for several minutes at a time.

This is extremely important. You need to get fresh air/oxygen circulating in those swollen lungs! If you can't get a breath through your nose, it is time for a shot of HONEY. Let it disolve in your mouth and breathe in through your nose and you can feel it letting loose. And then BLOW that (sore) nose again!

Later on, as I began feeling better, I would eat an orange or a grapefruit. Believe it or not, I cut the same finger, twice, two days in a row cutting 2 different oranges...

Sometimes I would run the vacuum cleaner around for exercise. Of course, feeding my animals was a CHORE. I have 3 dogs and 3 cats inside, and 2 cats outside.

In addition, I experienced confusion.... which I relate to similarities of Alzheimer's... The first was I had gone to the store, specifically for 10# of chicken leg quarters I feed to my cats and dogs. When I got home, I put groceries away and was exhausted and went back to bed. I worried about what I was going to feed my animals... doubled up on dog food. In the morning, I opened the refrigerator, and there was that 10# of chicken! It should have gone in the slow cooker immediately, but I had forgotten I bought it.

The other time, I was supposed to be somewhere at 9 o'clock Sunday morning. I ended up there at 9 o'clock Saturday night! I had completely turned my clock upside down. I had a vague feeling something was wrong, but did not comprehend until I arrived 12 hours early!

I live alone and don't have anyone to 'care' for me, so if you don't have this problem, be sure to have your care-giver watch for any confusion.

But here's the rub. Care-givers don't MAKE the patient cough, blow their nose, get up and moving. They LET these people die because they are in too much pain to cough. Get too weak to get out of bed.... 'Here's the bed pan, Dear.' And don't make them BREATHE! So they die. Of course, it's difficult to tell 92 year old Aunt Sadie she has to work to clear her lungs so she doesn't die. 'Well... she's lived a good long life...' She might have made it to 100!

Trying to look well...

This is a picture I took of me and my dog, Rebel, during my illness. It shows the sore under my nose, which got much worse before it got better. This was about January 2. I got sick just after Christmas. Today is January 18th and I have pretty much healed. I am still doing Lemon Juice and Honey at least once a day. And lots of water!

My story is.. I plan to live to 150... so this is why I was given this challenge. God does work in mysterious ways.

Comeback Kid

I added another picture to show I really do feel better... spit and polished. I even polished my nails. This was taken on January 21, 2013.

Let your body work.

I since came across this. It shows what I was talking about that care givers are allowing patients to die by not making them rid their bodies of the anitbodies that is killing them. This shows how drugs over-rule the healing system of our bodies.

This Proceedure Can Be Used For All Illnesses

Take heed and keep this information handy even if you only are coming down with a cold. It works on anything!

I recently was bit by a cat (Feb. 2015) and my hand became infected. I followed this with the exception of adding GARLIC. I would chop up a clove of garlic and swallow it with water as if I were taking pills... Garlic is a splendid antibiotic. It cleared up my infection.

You know we lost Merle Haggard to Pneumonia, too.
