- cure from intestinal troubles:--take 2 medium sized bananas ,150 gram plain curd blend them together and have it for few days ,you will get relief from diarrhea,dysentery and even ulcerative colitis ,if you can get champhor size of a pea place it in the banana and have it piles bleeding will get cured .
- if you get canker sores get curd of cow's milk and and make curd and banana salad and have it for few days ,it will help to cure the sores as it is rich in vitamin C and B and is also rich in minerals
- nose bleeding :-have one yellow ripe banana with sugarcane candy (jaggery) (gur or shakar )for few days to cure the disease .
- It also helps to cure muscular cramps as it enrich are body with mineral salts and vitamins
