The Dancers

Lacey n Pasha Smooth Waltz by angelnsky1

Yours may be as an enchanting waltz, smooth and appealing. It may be as a hip-hop crump, a flowing, jerky pause, from one movement to the next. Is it posible our dance is a jazz quartet, focused on the bass, deep and intense. Yet, motivated to give each instrument it's moment to shine. Knowing that you have the ability to socialize in harmony with members of your friendships. A ballroom dance, perhaps. You and your significant other allowing each other to demonstrate ease of love expressions. You have each others backs, finish each others sentences. Although you rhythmically turn in opposite directions, you forward face each other at the exact same moment in time. The emotion, the motivation, the dance.

The Emotion

Nutrient Inefficient:

*Wounded: by negative life experiences and nonsupportive family and a so-called circle of friends.

*Isolated: not having successful connections in ones life.

*Burdened: Feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders and your mind.

*Stress: Anxiety and feeling overwhelmed due to responsibility of keeping it altogether alone.

Nutrient Efficient:

Healthy: Feeling revived, alive, alert, strong and happy.

Strength: Assertiveness to keep moving forward to improve ones life and daily routine.

*Social: Whether few or many, your circle of friends/family are encouraging, supportive and will be there for you when needed (even an encouraging word).

*Motivation: You have goals/plans and feel there is a reason for you to make a contribution and be a friend to those in your social life.

*Be Determined to be successful.

*Decide to make every good effort to not be isolated.

*Resolve to not wait until you're broke and sick and too tired to change the pattern of your life when you believe it's not working the way it is.

*Practice being positive about your self image and your outlook on life.

*Pursue life, love and happiness, religion/spirituality:  Positivity strengthens the immune system. Belief in a higher power mandates the security of never being alone.

The Limbic

The structure of the brain that is concerned with your emotions and your motivation for your life, the limbic.  This limbic sytstem is inherent in each of us. It seeks to connect, to give and receive love and to be happy. It is sufficiently called a system, as motivation and emotions work together and best when in harmony. Our thoughts towards ourselves and others are often motivated by how we feel, at the time, making harmony key. This should be practiced on a daily basis.

When nutrient efficient, the limbic system flows. When nutrient inefficient, the limbic system stumbles. Practice may not always make perfect, but it certainly can make a huge difference. And if perfection is part of the routine, well, then, PERFECT!!

What a wonderful way to introduce the limbic to the readers and explain in simple terms how to maintain a balanced emotional profile . Simple, effective and so true. Up/ useful.

Thanks Lady_E! Glad you enjoyed it. I agree, they really are elegant. I thought adding your link was a good idea as sometimes when we wish to improve our lives (especially after being isolated), we sometimes are a little shy or fearful about it. Your hub lets them know that help is still available (even if your get it on-line in the comfort of your own home through a video). Thanks so much for your visit and comments. Hope you have an elegant day!!!

The limbic is a portion of our brains we should all take more seriously. I much enjoyed your work on dance of the limbic. You did a brillant analogy here with emotions, brain function and the need for a healthy balance in both. Well Done! :) Katie
